Who we are
Golyte is a hands-on operation run by Golyte LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, United States. We started Golyte around a simple frustration every traveler knows: the awkward hours between checkout and your next train, flight, or adventure, when your bags turn a free afternoon into a chore. Those hours shouldn’t cost you your day — so we built an easy, affordable place to leave them.
What we do
We partner with trusted local Hosts — hotels, hostels, cafes, shops and luggage lockers — and turn their spare space into safe, short-term storage for your bags. You book and pay Golyte in USD, and we take care of the rest. Golyte is the service you book with; our Hosts provide the physical storage on our behalf, so you always have one clear, friendly point of contact.

How it works
- Search nearby. Drop in a city or neighborhood and see Hosts that store bags near you.
- Book and pay in USD. Pick a spot, your dates, and bag count, and pay securely in seconds.
- Drop off with your email. Your confirmation email has the address and hours you need. Collect your bags whenever you’re ready, within your booked dates and the Host’s opening hours.

- Protection on every booking — each booking includes limited protection for your bags (see our Terms of Service for details).
- Secure payment — paid online over an encrypted connection through a PCI-compliant payment provider; we never store your full card details.
