- Account & contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and country of origin.
- Booking information: Host location, dates, number of bags, and your booking and trip history.
- Payment information: when you pay, your card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment provider(s). Golyte receives only limited information (such as a payment confirmation and the last digits / card type) and does not store your full card number.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
- Communications: messages you send to our support team.
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information and ask that you do not provide it.

We collect information directly from you (when you create an account, make a booking, or contact us), automatically (through cookies and analytics when you use the Service), and from our service providers (such as our payment provider confirming a payment).

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as long as necessary to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
