Luggage storage My Khe Beach

My Khe is Da Nang's city beach, a long, wide stretch of sand running south from the Son Tra peninsula, and this spot sits just across Vo Nguyen Giap from it. Locals swim at sunrise, before the heat, and the sunbeds, showers and seafood restaurants along the shore fill up again in the late afternoon. Behind the beach road is An Thuong, a grid of small streets packed with cafes, brunch places, bars and a night market, where most visitors end up staying. The usual problem here is the gap between checkout and departure: the room goes at noon, but the flight out of Da Nang airport, about twenty minutes away by car, or the ride down to Hoi An is not until evening. Leave the bag here, spend the afternoon in the sea and around An Thuong, and pick it up on your way out.
