Luggage storage Hang Bong

Hang Bong runs from the cathedral end of the Old Quarter towards the railway, and it is the street people walk without realising they are on it. It is the tailoring street - if you are having something made in Hanoi, this is where the fittings happen, and a fitting is much easier without a bag over your shoulder. The location is quietly excellent for a day of walking: the cathedral is three minutes away, Train Street is five, and Hoan Kiem Lake is ten. It is also close enough to Hanoi Railway Station that storing here and walking to your train makes sense, instead of paying for a taxi you did not need or sitting in the station for four hours.
